The BEST Dua For Good Health
As a Muslim we know that good health isn't always promised in life. As with wealth which comes and goes, physical and mentalย health is a gift from Allah and so it is always prudent to remember Him and seek his help through supplication or dua.
As a reminder, invocation (the meaning of the Arabic word dua) is a way of seeking Godly favour. We make dua for better health so that we can live a more comfortable life. While cupping our hands together, we converse with Allah and repent, give thanks and ask Him for our needs. When done with ultimate sincerity, dua is a form of Ibadah or worship.
