Hopeful…
I’ve been suffering from insomnia for over 6+ years now, so as you can imagine I’ve tried every remedy under the sun!
When I saw this brand pop up on my instagram feed I was instantly drawn by the Islamic take on this tea and how it could have a positive impact on my sleep.
I signed up to two months worth of tea as I was very hopeful this could work for me. Unfortunately after trying it for over a month I found it wasn’t what I was expecting and didn’t improve my sleep. The taste wasn’t my cup of tea but I found that it tasted a little better if I mixed it in with my decaf spearmint tea.
I loved the branding and concept of the tea, it just wasn’t for me.
I do however want to add that everyone is different - what may work for some, may not work for others. I’m sure and I hope this tea is benefitting plenty of other people out there!
